- •Mesh is seeking its first Head of Card Product to own the end-to-end card program, bridging the gap between crypto assets and everyday commerce by enabling consumers to pay with crypto while merchants receive traditional card payments.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the card program end to end: launch, growth, and economics.
- •Earn the confidence of banks and networks through hands-on work with compliance, KYC, fraud, and refunds.
- •Create an effortless user experience for paying with crypto, including provisioning and transaction recovery.
- •Win distribution through wallet partners by pitching, shaping integrations, and ensuring partner success.
- •Define the future of cards at Mesh, exploring new programs, networks, geographies, and commercialization strategies.
- •Requirements Experience owning a regulated financial product shipped through a bank partner or regulator (card program, lending, banking, or money movement).
- •Compliance fluency with experience earning sign-offs from banks, networks, or regulators (KYC, AML, fraud, disputes).
- •Strong consumer product judgment with experience owning a consumer payments or fintech product's outcome.
- •Experience shipping device-level payment experiences (secure element/enclave, push provisioning).
- •Proficiency in leveraging AI for program documentation, economic modeling, and operational automation.
