TL;DR

Lead the Web3 engineering team, driving technical strategy and product development for crypto payments.

•Mesh is building the infrastructure for the next era of the global economy, enabling consumers to pay and be paid with any asset.
•This role will lead the Full-Stack Web3 team, developing products and infrastructure for their crypto payments platform.
•Key Responsibilities Own the technical strategy for Web3 initiatives and translate company priorities into a multi-quarter plan.
•Build, manage, and grow a team of senior to staff level engineers.
•Lead the design and technical direction for complex workflows spanning wallets, transactions, settlements, and on-chain/off-chain orchestration.
•Own planning, execution, and delivery of multi-chain integrations, wallet infrastructure, RPC node management, and on-chain transaction monitoring.
•Requirements 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams with a track record of scaling teams and organizational structure. 8+ years of overall engineering experience, including production experience across frontend, backend, and on-chain components in a Web3/blockchain context.
•Hands-on experience with Web3 building blocks like wallet connectivity, dApp development, blockchain RPCs, and on-chain/off-chain payment flows.
•Familiarity with DeFi primitives and a strong understanding of the transaction lifecycle.
