Senior Site Reliability Engineer to maintain and improve a serverless production environment.
- •As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will ensure the health, security, and smooth operation of our production environment.
- •This role focuses on the day-to-day administration of AWS accounts, databases, backup posture, and production monitoring for a serverless platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Administer AWS services, accounts, and access, and manage PostgreSQL and other data stores.
- •Manage backup posture, verify restores, and maintain disaster recovery plans.
- •Proactively monitor production systems and address operational issues.
- •Lead production debugging and incident response, including on-call rotation.
- •Refine infrastructure for deployability and scalability using infrastructure as code.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of related experience or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in DevOps, site reliability, or platform operations. 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, emphasizing serverless services.
- •Strong database administration experience with PostgreSQL.
- •Proficiency in scripting languages like TypeScript, Python, and bash.
