- •Mercury is building lending products for growing businesses, aiming to provide fast, fair, and transparent access to capital.
- •This role will own the business lending product suite end-to-end, blending product instincts with empathy for business owners.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Mercury's business lending product suite.
- •Drive the end-to-end customer journey from eligibility to repayment.
- •Partner with risk and data science on underwriting and decisioning experiences.
- •Collaborate with design and engineering to create effortless and transparent applications.
- •Define and instrument key product metrics to drive prioritization and decision-making.
- •Requirements 7+ years of product management or aligned experience, with at least 2+ years in lending, credit, payments, or another regulated financial domain.
- •Experience building and scaling lending businesses.
- •Strong grasp of the lending lifecycle and associated risk/compliance considerations.
- •Proven ability to ship AI-first and iterate on customer-facing products.
- •Technical fluency and strong customer empathy.
