Product Manager II - AI to solve high-impact problems in a fast-paced startup.
- •We are looking for a Product Manager 2 who is passionate about solving high-impact problems in a fast-paced start-up environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- •This is inherently a cross-functional leadership role where you will work closely with teams such as software engineering, UX design, category management, marketing, operations, finance, etc. to bring a new product to life.
- •Key Responsibilities Understand the e-commerce market and needs of customers/sellers deeply.
- •Adopt a structured approach to identify and prioritize problems to be solved.
- •Facilitate a process to come up with the best technology-led ideas to solve prioritized problems.
- •Define detailed product requirements and work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to bring a product to life.
- •Create a product roadmap for your area with at least a 3-month forward-looking view.
- •Requirements Overall experience of 4+ yrs with at least 2+ yrs in product management in a tech-led company (consumer internet space is preferred).
- •Exceptional problem-solving skills based on the first principles of thinking.
- •Good understanding of technology, and comfort with product management processes such as A/B experimentation, writing product requirement documents, managing product backlogs, and creating roadmaps.
- •Good communication and stakeholder management skills to get work done across different functions and drive product development.
