TL;DR
Lead a team of designers to create impactful user experiences for Meesho's e-commerce products.
- •Meesho is on a mission to enable millions of businesses to succeed online, focusing on tier-2+ markets.
- •The Design team is diverse and works on unique e-commerce challenges, emphasizing user empathy and grassroots problem-solving.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and validate new experiences through mockups, wireframes, and flow diagrams.
- •Lead a team of designers, ensuring product success and individual growth.
- •Conduct usability testing and mentor designers for holistic development.
- •Effectively use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions and measure success.
- •Requirements 9-13+ years of strong design experience in a product company.
- •Experience with product startups and fast-paced environments is a plus.
- •A strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design skills, curiosity, empathy, and business acumen.
- •Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
- •Ability to incorporate feedback and consider future scalability of UI designs.
