- •We’re looking for a seasoned Data Scientist to help solve high-impact business problems across Medely’s rapidly growing healthcare marketplace.
- •Key Responsibilities Identify meaningful business and product opportunities that are currently unaddressed Build advanced machine learning, optimization, and analytics solutions that improve marketplace efficiency at scale Design and execute experiments and observational studies that generate actionable business and product insights Partner cross-functionally to define key metrics, improve logging and instrumentation, and build data visualizations and diagnostic tools that enable smarter decision-making Deliver ad hoc analyses and investigate performance trends, operational issues, and metrics-based opportunities with minimal guidance Requirements Ph.D. or M.S. in a quantitative field with 3+ years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or a related discipline Strong foundation in experimental design and analysis, with the ability to translate findings into meaningful business or product decisions Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience leveraging business intelligence tools to uncover insights and guide strategy Competency in Python, R, or another scripting language for data analysis, modeling, and problem-solving Ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling narratives that influence decision-making Proven success partnering cross-functionally and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
