About the role
TL;DR
Provide pediatric physical therapy in home and school settings.
- •MedCare Pediatric is seeking a compassionate Home Health Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to provide one-on-one care in children's homes, daycares, and schools.
- •Empower children to reach their fullest potential through exceptional therapeutic services.
- •Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- •Provide physical therapy services to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
- •Implement physician-approved plans of care using evidence-based interventions.
- •Provide caregiver education and training.
- •Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- •Requirements Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- •Current Texas Physical Therapy license, or eligible to obtain licensure.
- •One year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- •Pediatric experience preferred.
- •Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
