- •Maven is seeking a technically rigorous and commercially savvy Senior Actuary, Outcomes to bring actuarial depth to their Clinical Outcomes team.
- •This role spans actuarial modeling, healthcare claims analytics, and client-facing strategy.
- •Key Responsibilities Own claims and savings projections and retrospective analyses across Maven's employer benefit programs.
- •Build, maintain, and scale Maven's actuarial and ROI models in Excel.
- •Conduct actuarial confidence evaluations to inform revenue recognition decisions.
- •Join sales and client success calls to speak with authority on outcomes methodology, ROI, and actuarial assumptions.
- •Manage external actuarial vendor relationships.
- •Requirements An FSA, ASA, or equivalent actuarial credential, or a graduate degree with 6+ years of directly relevant actuarial or healthcare analytics experience.
- •Strong analysis design, modeling, and data manipulation skills.
- •Comfort working in both a coding language (SQL preferred) as well as in Excel.
- •Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to external audiences.
- •Deep familiarity with healthcare claims data.
