Manage claims and payments infrastructure for Maven Clinic.
- •Maven is hiring a Product Manager for Claims & Payments to ensure accurate and timely payments for members, providers, and employers.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the Claims & Payments product surface.
- •Partner with engineering and operations to define requirements and ship improvements.
- •Instrument and monitor claims and payments data.
- •Work closely with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Payment Operations.
- •Support the migration away from Alegeus.
- •Requirements 2-5+ years of product, operations, or analytical experience.
- •Curiosity about payments and claims systems.
- •Strong analytical skills.
