Lead AI Transformation & Organizational Intelligence at Maven Clinic.

•We are looking for a Director of Strategy & Operations to help lead Maven through this next chapter.
•Key Responsibilities Serve as Maven's 'context engineer'
•build and maintain the internal knowledge management infrastructure that makes AI agents effective: documentation, decision logs, and the organizational context that allows AI to be genuinely useful rather than generic Spearhead how Maven uses AI across every team
•not by mandate, but by making the AI-native path the path of least resistance Work with Product and Engineering leadership to design systems and workflows that make Maven's data continuously legible, actionable, and connected to real-time decision-making across the company Identify the highest-leverage opportunities for AI to improve speed, quality, and efficiency
•across clinical operations, sales, product, and member experience
•and work with functional leads to implement and scale them Help Maven's leadership team think rigorously about culture and organizational design in the age of AI: where coordination layers can be replaced by intelligence, and what the right structure looks like as a result Requirements Ideal for someone earlier in their career who is already living in the AI-native world Energized by the organizational transformation question Ready to operate above their title Strong understanding of AI and its applications in business operations Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change
