- •This role will own the integrations layer, enabling AI agents to interact with enterprise systems.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and prioritize the integration portfolio roadmap.
- •Develop the underlying integration platform and tooling.
- •Manage depth versus breadth tradeoffs for integrations.
- •Engage with enterprise customers to define integration requirements.
- •Own the strategy for actions and tool use by AI agents.
- •Requirements 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on integrations, APIs, or developer platforms.
- •Proven experience building and shipping integration products.
- •Direct experience with CRMs, ticketing systems, knowledge bases, commerce, and identity providers.
- •Fluent in technical building blocks like REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and OAuth.
