TL;DR
Develop, test, and release new features for Matillion's AI Data Automation platform.
- •Matillion is seeking a Software Engineer to join their development teams, contributing to the creation and enhancement of their AI Data Automation platform, Maia.
- •This role involves hands-on software production, testing, and problem-solving within a collaborative team environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Write, test, and release new features for Matillion products.
- •Collaborate with senior engineers to refine and implement development stories.
- •Develop and improve automated testing strategies (unit, API, etc.).
- •Research future opportunities, including prototyping and investigating new technologies.
- •Requirements Demonstrable Java programming ability with an understanding of underpinning techniques.
- •Proficiency in Object-Oriented Design and Programming.
- •Understanding of Databases and SQL.
- •Experience writing production-level tests using JUnit.
- •Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
