- •Develop engineering capability across squads through coaching and leading by example.
- •Requirements Expert-level React and TypeScript with deep understanding of component architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
- •Proven ability to lead significant frontend projects, including Design Systems or micro-frontends.
- •Deep proficiency in agentic development, with AI tools integrated into daily workflows.
- •Experience designing modular, testable frontend systems for complex, AI-driven workflows.
