Lead an international Solution Architecture team, driving GTM strategy and technical execution for AI Data Automation.
- •Matillion is seeking a proactive, strategic, and high-impact Director, Solution Architecture to lead their International Solution Architecture team covering EMEA, Middle East, and Africa.
- •This role offers clear career progression towards Senior Director leadership roles in a greenfield-heavy environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior Solution Architects across EMEA, Middle East, and Africa.
- •Serve as an executive technical sponsor on high-value deals.
- •Drive strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives and business operationalization.
- •Develop partner strategies in collaboration with regional ecosystems.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience in technical enterprise roles with 5+ years managing pre-sales technical teams.
- •Proven track record in enterprise solution selling and leading complex technical sales cycles.
- •Deep expertise across cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise Cloud Data Platforms (Snowflake, Databricks).
- •Active experience leading/deploying AI initiatives, specifically enterprise adoption of Generative and Agentic AI workflows.
