- •As a Senior Manufacturing Design Engineer, you will translate product designs into robust manufacturing solutions.
- •You will design fixtures, tooling, and equipment, and optimize workflows for high-volume production.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and develop production fixtures, QC equipment, and specialized tooling.
- •Work closely with product design, quality, and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot production issues.
- •Monitor production issues, analyze yield data, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
- •Create and maintain CAD models, engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
- •Collaborate with design teams to refine products for efficient, cost-effective, and scalable manufacturing.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. 10+ years of professional experience in mechanical design, tooling, or equipment development for high-volume manufacturing.
- •Proven ability to execute complex mechanical designs and bring them from concept to production.
- •Strong understanding of CNC machining, injection molding, casting, welding, and mechanical assembly processes.
- •Proficiency in SolidWorks.
