About the role
TL;DR
Lead technical projects, coordinate engineering teams, and ensure timely delivery of complex initiatives.
- •As a Technical Program Manager at Marqeta, you will lead technical workstreams and initiatives, coordinating across engineering teams to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.
- •This role is integral to the Product organization's Strategy and Operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive technical projects from concept to completion, managing scope, schedule, and resources.
- •Identify dependencies, risks, and issues; develop mitigation strategies.
- •Facilitate communication between engineering, product, design, and business teams.
- •Provide regular status updates to leadership and remove obstacles for engineering teams.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. 3+ years of technical program/project management experience.
- •Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes (S-SDLC).
- •Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- •Ability to understand complex technical systems and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
