- •The Technology & Analytics Manager will empower Mariner Academy's advisors to leverage AI, technology, and data to enhance client relationships.
- •This role bridges innovation and IT with financial professionals to prepare for the future of wealth management.
- •Key Responsibilities Translate emerging AI and technology developments into practical learning segments.
- •Design and deliver curriculum on AI in wealth management, advisor productivity, and data-driven decision making.
- •Manage data tracking and reporting for the Academy, monitoring attendance and performance.
- •Identify and flag advisors not meeting benchmarks to enable personalized development plans.
- •Collaborate across business units to ensure training aligns with regulatory and operational standards.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, technology, data analytics, or equivalent experience.
- •Demonstrated experience with learning management systems, Excel, and reporting platforms.
- •Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- •Strong analytical and reporting expertise.
