- •As a Construction Project Manager at Mariana Minerals, you will manage new facility buildouts and infrastructure delivery for a critical minerals company.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage project delivery from scope definition to close-out.
- •Evaluate bidding, material buyouts, and negotiating opportunities.
- •Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams.
- •Support the development of software systems to automate project management processes.
- •Champion a zero-harm safety culture and ensure environmental compliance.
- •Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience. 8+ years of progressive construction project management experience.
- •Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Suite, and estimating tools.
- •Ability to read and interpret contract documents, plans, and specifications.
- •Strong knowledge of trade terms, materials, methods, codes, and purchasing processes.
