  • This entry-level, hands-on role involves transitioning technologies from lab research to pilot testing.
  • Key Responsibilities Operate, troubleshoot, and improve leaching columns and pilot-scale processing equipment.
  • Design and execute pilot-scale experiments with guidance from senior engineers.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation including PFDs, P&IDs, operating procedures, and mass balances.
  • Analyze experimental data to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Support development of automated monitoring and optimization tools.
  • Requirements B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field. 0-2 years of relevant experience through internships, research, co-ops, or full-time work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in experimental process development.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across teams.
