- •Key Responsibilities Operate, troubleshoot, and improve leaching columns and pilot-scale processing equipment.
- •Design and execute pilot-scale experiments with guidance from senior engineers.
- •Develop and maintain process documentation including PFDs, P&IDs, operating procedures, and mass balances.
- •Analyze experimental data to identify process improvement opportunities.
- •Support development of automated monitoring and optimization tools.
- •Requirements B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field. 0-2 years of relevant experience through internships, research, co-ops, or full-time work.
- •Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in experimental process development.
- •Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across teams.
