- •Verify product documentation accuracy and completeness.
- •Act as a technical point of contact for customer issues escalated by support engineers.
- •Coordinate maintenance releases and manage the automated build system.
- •Requirements Good working knowledge of C++ and proficiency in Python.
- •Strong SQL knowledge and experience with database management systems.
- •Experience with Linux environments, including DEB and RPM packaging.
- •Practical experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
