Lead global marketing operations strategy, systems, processes, and infrastructure for demand generation.
- •MariaDB is seeking an experienced demand generation focused marketing operations leader to develop long-term operational strategy and solve day-to-day execution challenges.
- •This role is responsible for the systems, processes, reporting, analytics, and operational infrastructure that enable the global marketing organization to execute at scale.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the global marketing operations strategy, processes, and infrastructure, designing scalable workflows and automating manual work.
- •Administer and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, and other platforms, managing integrations and vendor relationships.
- •Drive global campaign operations from planning through execution, managing lead lifecycle, segmentation, email, and webinar operations.
- •Develop reporting infrastructure for marketing KPIs, pipeline, funnel analytics, and executive dashboards, turning data into actionable insights.
- •Requirements 8+ years of Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Demand Generation Operations experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
- •Expert knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce administration, and experience with modern marketing technology platforms.
- •Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, campaign operations, attribution, and marketing analytics.
- •Experience building executive dashboards and reporting for senior leadership, and managing marketing technology vendors and budgets.
