- •Mapbox is seeking a Revenue Accountant II to assist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue accounting close process.
- •This role involves managing accounts receivable, order-to-cash processes, and collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
- •Key Responsibilities Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue accounting close process.
- •Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and flux analysis for revenue and AR accounts.
- •Manage full accounts receivable processes, including invoice preparation and collections.
- •Manage the order to cash process, reviewing contracts and setting up sales orders.
- •Partner with other departments such as FP&A, Billing, and Sales.
- •Requirements 3+ years of accounting experience, including 1-3 years of revenue accounting.
- •BS in Finance or Accounting.
- •Netsuite or similar ERP system experience.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
