- •Key Responsibilities Lead a pod, owning its output and personnel across extraordinary-ability and high-skilled matters.
- •Provide senior-level review on cases before filing, setting quality standards for the pod.
- •Develop and coach consulting and production attorneys within the pod.
- •Ensure pod-level quality and output, managing both volume and standards.
- •Retain and motivate talent to foster attorney growth and retention.
- •Requirements J.D. and active U.S. bar admission. 10+ years of experience in extraordinary-ability and high-skilled visa categories (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A), plus broader business immigration.
- •Proven track record of leading and growing attorneys, measured on team outcomes.
- •Strong judgment on case strategy and quality.
- •Comfort in a high-cadence, high-growth environment.
