- •Mainspring Energy is seeking an Interconnection Strategy Lead to develop and enhance the company's utility and interconnection strategy capabilities for larger, more complex projects.
- •This role bridges project execution, utility strategy, and internal workflow design to support scaling beyond one-off projects.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead utility and interconnection strategy for complex customer opportunities.
- •Evaluate site-specific interconnection pathways and utility requirements.
- •Support transition to larger 10 MW-plus opportunities and transmission-adjacent projects.
- •Design and improve repeatable workflows for interconnection and utility-related work.
- •Create and maintain reusable guidance and internal reference material.
- •Requirements Develop a programmatic capability for larger sites and sophisticated customers.
- •Translate utility, market, and regulatory complexity into repeatable business processes.
- •Support internal understanding of utility and transmission considerations.
- •Design and improve repeatable workflows in Jira.
- •Create and maintain reusable guidance and internal reference material.
