Lead AI code engineering to accelerate development with AI-native practices and tooling.
- •Madhive is seeking an AI Code Engineering Lead to dramatically accelerate engineering velocity through AI-native practices and tooling.
- •You will build and scale an agentic coding platform, enabling AI to generate production code with engineers reviewing rather than writing it.
- •Key Responsibilities Own AI-native engineering practice, eval harness, reusable AI building blocks, and developer tooling.
- •Manage a portfolio of velocity V1s, ensuring integration into the CTO's org.
- •Facilitate smooth handoffs to the engineering organization.
- •Codify successful practices into reusable "golden path" playbooks.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience as a builder clearing a staff-engineer bar.
- •Proven track record of driving adoption of engineering practices/tools at org-wide scale.
- •Expertise in agentic coding tools across the SDLC, including building/running an eval harness.
- •Grit in ambiguous problems and curiosity about business mechanics.
- •Hands-on experience with evaluation-driven development.
