About the role
TL;DR
Lead a new AI Ops team to build and scale automations and AI agents.
- •Lead a brand-new team focused on designing, shipping, and scaling automations and AI agents across M-KOPA.
- •This is a hands-on role where you'll own delivery, grow the function, and prove its value.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and develop three AI Ops Engineers.
- •Design and ship production-grade automations and multi-agent systems.
- •Build RAG pipelines for internal knowledge retrieval.
- •Stay current on emerging AI tools and technologies.
- •Refine AI training for wider organization.
- •Requirements Hands-on experience building production-grade automations and AI agents.
- •Hands-on experience building multi-agent systems using agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, Google ADK or similar).
- •Experience with RAG pipelines.
- •Background in enterprise tooling (Vercel/Railway, Entra, Notion, HiBob).
- •People leadership experience.
