- •As a Technical Pre-Sales Specialist at Lyric, you'll bridge customer discovery and solution storytelling.
- •You'll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Solution teams to translate supply chain challenges into tailored demo experiences.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead technical discovery to understand customer pain points, data landscape, and planning or decisioning needs Translate customer challenges into targeted demo solutions using Lyric's platform capabilities Build and maintain demo environments with representative or actual customer data Create compelling data stories and visualizations to illustrate solution impact and differentiation Collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Product Managers to align demo strategy with deal context Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in technical Pre-Sales, solution engineering, product analytics, or technical consulting roles Strong background in supply chain software or AI/ML platforms Experience working with data—cleaning, transforming, analyzing—and visualizing it using tools like SQL, Python, Excel, or BI platforms Skilled at creating and presenting polished, engaging solution demos to both technical and business audiences Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating independently to build prototypes and iterate quickly Has a Degree from top Engineering School (IITs, NITs etc) or Business School (IIMs etc)
