About the role
TL;DR
Build next-generation retail planning capabilities using AI agents and autonomous execution.
- •Lyric is building an enterprise AI platform for supply chains, offering out-of-the-box AI solutions and a platform for composability.
- •This role focuses on reimagining retail planning with agent-first product experiences.
- •Key Responsibilities Own product strategy and execution for major Retail Planning workflows.
- •Develop deep understanding of retailer planning decisions (assortment, inventory, allocation, etc.).
- •Design human-agent interactions for AI-assisted and autonomous planning.
- •Drive products from discovery through launch and adoption, focusing on outcomes.
- •Requirements 6+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with B2B, enterprise, data, or planning products.
- •Strong understanding of retail planning (Hardlines and/or Softlines).
- •Ability to understand complex business systems and reduce them into clear product abstractions.
- •Comfortable working with data-heavy products and collaborating with engineering, data science, and AI/ML teams.
