- •Lyft Business is seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive growth by owning the marketing and lifecycle stack, acquisition and activation strategies, and customer journeys.
- •You will define growth loops, build shared infrastructure, and partner with cross-functional teams to convert demand into engagement and revenue.
- •Key Responsibilities Own demand generation across channels and mar-tech, balancing acquisition cost with healthy economics.
- •Drive customer activation in partnership with vertical PMs, defining shared activation infrastructure.
- •Architect the customer journey from awareness through onboarding and first value.
- •Design and operate growth loops that drive new customer acquisition through referrals and sponsored programs.
- •Act as the authority on growth performance, translating data into prioritization and representing the team in executive reviews.
- •Requirements 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on growth, lifecycle, or funnel work.
- •Demonstrated ownership of broad, ambiguous problem areas and experience setting multi-year growth strategies.
- •Quantitative rigor and experimentation discipline, with fluency in modern growth stacks.
- •Comfortable in B2B, B2B2C, or marketplace contexts with multiple customer types.
- •Exceptional communication and influence skills at all levels of the organization.
