- •Stay hands-on with code and architecture, contributing to technical direction and decision-making.
- •Own and scale a high-throughput search platform, driving architecture, relevance, latency, and reliability.
- •Deliver a world-class home search experience, improving engagement and agent workflows.
- •Push forward AI-powered discovery by integrating LLMs into search and user workflows.
- •Requirements 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 2+ years managing engineering teams.
- •Experience with search, relevance, ranking, or retrieval systems.
- •Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React, with full-stack fluency.
- •Experience designing and operating scalable microservice architectures in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred).
- •Proven track record operating high-traffic, low-latency production systems at scale.
