- •The Lumber Manufactory is seeking a Process Engineer to design, optimize, and continuously improve mill operations across their sawmill, planer mill, and engineered wood facilities.

- •Key Responsibilities Design and optimize material flow from log intake through finished goods.
- •Develop and maintain mill layouts for various wood processing facilities.
- •Evaluate and specify equipment for maximizing recovery and throughput.
- •Partner with production, maintenance, and capital projects teams on modernization initiatives.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in wood products manufacturing process engineering.
- •Proficiency in mill layout design and material flow planning, with AutoCAD skills.
- •Hands-on experience with automation and optimization systems.
