- •LumApps is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join their Search team.
- •This role involves shaping the future of the product by improving search relevancy and integrating new knowledge sources.
- •Key Responsibilities Define features, design APIs, and implement business logic for search functionalities.
- •Act as a proactive partner for API consumers, including web and mobile applications.
- •Collaborate closely with team members on pair programming, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
- •Continuously improve the search and information classification experience within the product.
- •Requirements 5 years of significant experience in Backend development, including experience with Elasticsearch.
- •Solid experience with Python and Go.
- •Familiarity with modern development practices (testing, code reviews, CI/CD, version control, etc.).
- •Knowledge of search relevance.
- •Strong written and spoken English skills.
