- •LumApps is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Action Team, responsible for Forms, Tasks, and Workflows, which are core to the company's AI-powered Employee Hub.
- •This role involves shaping the evolution of automation across the entire platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, grow, and empower a high-performing engineering team.
- •Drive clear technical and architectural direction aligned with product strategy.
- •Improve delivery predictability and technical quality while maintaining product velocity.
- •Drive AI adoption within engineering practices and in the product itself.
- •Co-drive the Forms/Tasks/Workflows vision in close partnership with Product and PX.
- •Requirements 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
- •Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role.
- •Experience leading platform, product, or operations/automation-focused teams.
- •Strong understanding of modern software architecture and distributed systems.
- •Strong people management skills with a coaching mindset.
