- •Key Responsibilities Own all declarative configuration of Salesforce Design and enforce data access governance Own CRM data quality Manage the full Salesforce release cycle Audit and rationalize existing customizations Requirements No custom code, no hand-offs for things you can build yourself Maintain least-privilege profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules Deduplication rules, field standards enforcement, regular audits, and proactive fixes Assess platform updates, sandbox-test configurations, communicate changes to stakeholders, and deploy to production Identify what can be replaced with standard Salesforce features
