- •Lovepop is seeking a Product Coordination & Testing Team Leader to ensure the timely production of high-quality test batches and coordinate with various departments to resolve issues.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and implement production plans for test orders.
- •Monitor and supervise progress, making adjustments as needed.
- •Coordinate with production departments and collaborate with relevant teams for support.
- •Ensure the quality of test products meets requirements and production feasibility.
- •Manage documents, track execution time, and report results via periodic dashboards.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, or related fields. 3-5 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a similar position.
- •Skills in presentation, data analysis, and reporting.
- •Proficient in Google suite or equivalent tools.
- •Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
