Drive financial performance through data, analytics, and digital solutions.
- •This role is integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group.
- •You will partner directly with Finance, FP&A, and Data teams to enable better decision-making through reliable data, advanced analytics, and digital solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as the Finance representative and key partner for Data and Technology teams.
- •Develop and maintain Finance datasets, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- •Own and improve FP&A analytics infrastructure, including Pigment models and data flows.
- •Analyse business performance trends and translate complex data into recommendations.
- •Drive automation and AI adoption within Finance.
- •Requirements Strong understanding of Finance processes, FP&A concepts, and business performance management.
- •Experience acting as a bridge between Finance and Data/Technology teams.
- •Strong SQL skills and experience working with data platforms, BI solutions, and dashboards.
- •Hands-on experience with FP&A systems (ideally Pigment).
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
