- •Lovehoney Group is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to drive high-level performance across their brands.
- •This role will own the strategy, efficiency, and growth of the group's paid and earned acquisition engine.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the blended performance marketing P&L across channels.
- •Set the multi-channel acquisition strategy across brands and markets.
- •Lead, develop, and performance-manage SEA, SEO/AIO, and Affiliate teams.
- •Partner with local Market Leads, CRM, Brand, and other functions.
- •Monitor performance daily and recommend actions to optimize revenue and margin.
- •Requirements 10+ years in performance or digital marketing, with at least 7 years leading multi-channel acquisition at Director/Head level.
- •Proven ownership of a large paid-media budget and blended acquisition P&L.
- •Expertise across SEA, SEO, and Affiliates, with experience transitioning to AI-assisted acquisition.
- •Track record of building and leading high-performing channel teams.
- •Strong analytical and commercial skills.
