- •Lottie is seeking a Senior Growth Engineer for a 3-month contract to accelerate the growth of its marketplace.
- •You will own the full experiment loop, from hypothesis to code to result, working closely with a PM and designer to run high-velocity tests and improve ad performance.
- •Key Responsibilities Run end-to-end experiments across Lottie's marketplace.
- •Build and optimize conversion-focused front-end experiences.
- •Write code to send performance data to Google for ad targeting.
- •Automate parts of Google Ads configuration and campaign management.
- •Own A/B test pipelines and iterate quickly based on data.
- •Requirements 5+ years of software engineering experience, front-end leaning with full-stack breadth.
- •Comfortable thinking in experiments and shipping quickly.
- •Autonomous and low-dependency, thriving with a hypothesis and deadline.
- •Data-driven with a focus on defining success metrics before building.
- •Familiarity with AI tools like Claude Code is a plus.
