- •Loop Returns is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineering Manager to lead a team of five, focusing on infrastructure and pipeline delivery.
- •This role is crucial for enabling product and platform engineering, data teams, and other stakeholders to deliver value quickly and reliably.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive self-service and automation using Terraform and Kubernetes/Docker.
- •Champion advanced deployment patterns on Kubernetes to minimize risk and MTTR.
- •Lead disaster recovery strategy and multi-region architecture on AWS.
- •Implement SLOs, error budgets, and auto-remediation playbooks.
- •Mentor and develop a diverse team of DevOps, DBA, and SecOps Engineers.
- •Requirements 2+ years of DevOps leadership experience. 7+ years in hands-on platform or infrastructure roles.
- •Proven track record of delivering self-service internal platforms.
- •Large-scale AWS expertise, including multi-region systems.
- •Expertise in CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Kubernetes), and observability (Datadog).
