Lead Product-Led Growth initiatives to expand the developer community and drive platform adoption.
- •LiveKit is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a growth squad focused on Product-Led Growth (PLG).
- •This role is crucial for cultivating a large, diverse, and healthy developer community building on LiveKit, identifying future large customers, and ensuring their success.
- •Key Responsibilities Own Product-Led Growth end to end, from initial developer awareness through onboarding, adoption, and growth.
- •Drive developer acquisition and activation by optimizing surfaces that influence developer adoption.
- •Identify and support scaling accounts, ensuring they have the necessary assistance to grow.
- •Increase platform depth by making it natural for developers to adopt more LiveKit products.
- •Act as the voice of the self-serve developer, bringing their experience back into the product roadmap.
- •Requirements 8+ years in product management, ideally owning growth, activation, or retention for a developer-facing or usage-based product.
- •Proven experience with product-led growth funnels, from acquisition through onboarding, adoption, and expansion.
- •Technical proficiency to earn developer trust and engage in technical discussions with customers and engineers.
- •Strong quantitative instincts and comfort working with data to identify trends.
- •Excellent cross-functional influence and communication skills.
