- •We are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to help us scale the way our engineering organization delivers.
- •You will be the connective tissue across our engineering teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Own JIRA as the engineering source of truth Track and report on flow metrics at the team level Monitor bug backlog health and partner with QE and engineering managers Facilitate the Scrum of Scrums to surface cross-team dependencies and blockers Audit and improve the SDLC and agile ceremonies across teams Requirements 4+ years of agile delivery, program management, or release management experience Demonstrated experience owning JIRA administration Strong fluency in flow-based metrics Experience defining and managing release processes in regulated software environments Servant-leader posture
