Founding Recruiter to scale GTM organization at an early-stage AI-native CRM startup.
- •Lightfield is reinventing CRM from the ground up
- •and we're doing it fast.
- •We're an early-stage startup where every hire directly shapes our trajectory, and we're looking for a hands-on recruiter to help us build the next phase of the team.
- •Key Responsibilities Full-cycle recruiting across the company, with an immediate focus on Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery.
- •Proactively build strong candidate pipelines rather than relying on inbound.
- •Run initial screens and develop a strong understanding of what great looks like at Lightfield.
- •Implement the right amount of ATS structure and communication discipline for a lean, fast-moving startup.
- •Run a crisp, high-velocity process that respects candidates' time and turns skeptics into advocates.
- •Requirements 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
- •Strong experience recruiting GTM and business roles, particularly Sales.
- •An excellent sourcer who knows how to proactively identify and engage strong candidates.
- •Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- •Comfortable with speed and ambiguity.
