- •The Generosity Engagement Manager builds and strengthens relationships with YouVersion's recurring giver community by connecting them to the impact of their generosity.
- •This role develops engagement strategies, communications, and experiences to inform, value, and connect givers to YouVersion's mission.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute engagement strategies for recurring givers.
- •Write and produce the Sowers newsletter, translating impact stories and data into engaging content.
- •Plan and execute virtual engagement experiences for givers.
- •Lead YouVersion's care strategy for the recurring giver community.
- •Requirements Ability to self-motivate, take initiative, and solve problems.
- •Effective multi-tasking and time management skills.
- •Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- •Ability to develop and manage engagement systems, workflows, and automations.
