- •You'll orchestrate complex software projects, remove blockers, and ensure we deliver high-quality code on time across our entire stack.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end production for engineering initiatives across the core engine tech stack Coordinate and own communication between engineering, product, design, and QA—keeping everyone aligned and moving forward Manage release cycles, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies for the core engineering team Identify technical risks and dependencies early, working with engineering leads to solve problems before they become blockers Balance feature development with technical debt, infrastructure improvements, and platform modernization Requirements 6+ years managing software projects with engineers in game engines, real-time rendering systems, or complex cross-platform technology stacks.
- •Strong high-level technical fluency with ability to understand the details—you understand software architecture, core engine features, online systems, and the interdependency between the varying tech stacks.
- •Strong organizational skills to structure ambiguous technical work, balance competing priorities, and maintain forward momentum across multiple workstreams.
- •Track record of shipping complex features on time by removing blockers and managing dependencies while taking a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
- •Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
