About the role
TL;DR
Owns platform stability, roadmap, and commercial value for Lendable's engineering platform.
- •Lendable is building a dedicated Platform team to scale its infrastructure.
- •This role will connect platform technology, reliability, and commercial value, owning roadmap prioritization and providing business context to engineering teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Own platform stability, including SLA/SLO metrics and incident rates.
- •Develop business cases for platform investments and track their impact in business terms.
- •Own the platform backlog, prioritizing by business value and sequencing to unblock product teams.
- •Act as the primary stakeholder interface for Pod Leads and represent platform work to leadership.
- •Requirements Deep, hands-on engineering background with experience shipping production systems.
- •Strong commercial instinct and ability to build business cases.
- •Exceptional stakeholder management skills across product, engineering, and finance.
- •Comfortable with ambiguity and a track record of contributing as an IC at a senior level.
