Builds and improves the analytical foundation for the US Loans team.
- •Lendable is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to support the analytical foundation for their US Loans team.
- •This role involves working with analysts, product teams, and engineers to improve data structuring, transformation, and consumption, ensuring high standards of data quality and scalability.
- •Key Responsibilities Owning and improving data models for lending decisions, pricing, portfolio analysis, and investor reporting.
- •Driving the development of dbt models and transformation layer to enhance insight generation speed and quality.
- •Defining good modelling patterns, architecture, and implementation standards for the analytics engineering layer.
- •Supporting analysts to build stronger engineering habits and become more effective with data.
- •Acting as a bridge between teams to ensure effective data generation, modelling, and usage.
- •Requirements Strong SQL skills.
- •Strong experience with ELT pipelines and transformation at scale, using dbt.
- •Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- •Strong data modelling skills and understanding of analytical dataset structuring.
- •Good judgment in balancing platform improvements with business needs.
