- •LeanTaaS is seeking a Product Implementation Manager to join their Product Implementation Team.
- •This role focuses on partnering with hospitals to improve patient care through better bed and staffing allocation and streamlining patient journeys.
- •You will ensure smooth onboarding, configuration, and adoption of their technology.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead customer implementations from kickoff to rollout.
- •Partner with Customer Success to ensure optimal product configuration.
- •Conduct discovery and design sessions with stakeholders.
- •Communicate technical requirements to customer IT and operational teams.
- •Design and execute test scenarios for validation.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- •At least 2 years in a client-facing role.
- •At least 3 years in a quantitative and data-intensive role.
- •Experience with healthcare IT systems (EHR, HL7).
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
