- •LeafLink is seeking a Business Operations Associate to work across an array of projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- •This role is highly versatile, involving data analysis, process improvement, and direct execution to ensure smooth business operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Perform ad hoc market analyses and fill operational gaps.
- •Assist in the development and maintenance of SOPs and metrics for operations workflows.
- •Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Public Policy, and Finance.
- •Prepare biweekly reports on operational performance for key business lines.
- •Deep dive into data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- •Requirements 4-5 years of experience working at startups, preferably in FinTech or B2B platforms.
- •High proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and Claude.ai.
- •Thrives in ambiguity and loves creating structure amid chaos.
- •Extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- •A bias toward action and a positive attitude.
