Engineer responsible for IP/MPLS network operations, monitoring, and maintenance.
•The role focuses on ensuring the reliable functioning of the company's wide-area IP/MPLS network and Internet access services to achieve a fault-tolerant operating mode for internal and external services.
•Key Responsibilities Perform monitoring of system resources and critical situations on the equipment.
•Make necessary changes to hardware and software of the equipment.
•Perform integration of new equipment and services.
•Perform fault-elimination on the equipment.
•Accept and review customer complaints about service quality and eliminate the causes of their occurrence.
•Ensure the maintenance of the established level of service quality.
•Conduct, systematize, and store technical documentation.
•Requirements Higher technical education or student of final courses.
•Experience in technical operations.
•Experience working in a mobile communications operator is desirable.
•Knowledge and skills in network construction and maintenance of IP networks, knowledge in the field of IP/MPLS network and Internet network construction.
